First album of Elton's I had and played it so many times had to get a new needle for the record player. Love "Take me to the Pilot" on the same album too. Was fortunate to see him in my hometown 3 years ago and when they played "Pilot" kids beside me wanted to know what album it was from? I said the first one! Grew up with Elton, soundtrack to my life.

Poor man got out of a hospital bed and fly from the US to London so he wouldn't miss performing for the Jubilee concert. The concert organizer singer Gary Barlow said Elton was the first one he called to book. Elton did not want to disappoint him. Elton has joined Gary on his solo cd to be released in November. Gary is 1/4th and 1/5th of British music group Take That.
